PENGARUH KUALITAS SISTEM DAN KUALITAS INFORMASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISTEM APLIKASI BARANG MILIK DAERAH (SIAP BMD) PADA SATUAN KERJA PERANGKAT DAERAH DI KOTA BANJARBARU

Abstrak

The aim of the research is to empirically prove the influence of system quality and information quality on user satisfaction of the Regional Property Application System (SIAP BMD) in Regional Work Units in the city of Banjarbaru. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, namely by distributing questionnaires to employees who use the SIAP BMD application and 54 employees were used as respondents. The test tool used in this research was with the help of the SPSS version 30.00 program.The conclusion of this research is that the variables of system quality and information quality partially influence user satisfaction of the SIAP BMD Application in Regional Work Units in the city of Banjarbaru. System Quality and Information Quality simultaneously influence user satisfaction of the SIAP BMD Application in Regional Work Units in Banjarbaru City.
